The condition of the headphones is as good as new. The only major downside was that the included cable was defective, but customer support handled the issue exceptionally well.

The sound quality was perhaps even a little better than I had expected. I bought these headphones fully expecting to use EQ, but so far I haven't felt any need for it.

As headphones in their price range: 5/5. Shipping, after-sales service, and customer support: 5+/5.

Except the box that contained the connectors that was damaged, the headphone is like new: no trace, works perfectly.
