The headphones are simply amazing! Let me explain - their design is awesome. They are mostly made out of steel. I really like the color choice. From design stand point there is only one drawback for me - the fake leather headband. But that is easy to change.
The sound - I would divide it into two separate ways.
The first one is using the included unbalanced 6.3mm cable. It is just ok. The headphones sound decent with it but the bass start to roll-off pretty soon and even though my amp has pretty powerful single-ended output, the power was not enough to make the drivers to perform perfectly.
The second - using them with balanced cable! Here is how you can make the best out of your headphones (with compatible amp). The sound is even more open, the bass is tighter, the sound output is much more powerful and punchy! The bass starts to roll-off much later! I really liked their sound with balanced cable.
I should to make my choice between them and Sennheiser HD800S. No matter how had Sennheiser fan I am, Arya Organic simply sound much better in almost every possible way! They even have bigger and wider soundstage, which was surprising to me, considering HD800S are known for their wide soundstage!
Arya Organic are extraordinary headphones which every audiophile or just audio lover should own!
One small critique - please HifiMan, raise their price with €50-100 but include decent 3m long balanced cable! These headphones deserve it and it would make even more people to want them after hearing their full potential!
